Ingredients for authenticity

Our brewery has been working since 2001 under Massimo’s direction. It is now producing about 400 hl (244 barrels) per year, which are consumed and sold manly in our restaurant. The brewery consists of a modern 10 hl brewhouse, that you can see in our restaurant.
 
We care a lot about the raw materials we use: from malt to hops, they all come directly from Germany. Fermentation happens thanks to the yeast we import from Austria and takes approximately two weeks. Ripening lasts at least one month. We don’t use antioxidants, colourings or carbon dioxide.
Our unfiltered unpasteurised beer is 100% natural!

LAGER

 
In production from March to November, the Lager is always available in our mugs. Creamy head and golden colour for the eyes, a perfect balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness for the taste. Awarded in 2007, this beer has 4.6% ABV. Our lager is sold only on tap or bottles.

BIOLAGER

 
All organic ingredients for this eco-friendly beer. Genuine and authentic, our biolager tastes just like nature. Five weeks of rest give it the golden colour and a delicate, creamy head. 4.5% ABV.

VIENNA

 
The name comes from the malt we use for this deep amber beer.  Fresh, fruity, slightly toasted flavour, with a final bitter note coming from the hop. A creamy persistent head garnishes this beer. 6% ABV.

WEIZEN

 
Balance and harmony characterize the union of barley and wheat. A white, firm head covers our light cloudy hefeweizen, that tastes fresh and fruity. Fermentation happens between 15 and 20 °C. 5.5% ABV.

MARZEN

 
When march approaches, it’s time for the Marzen! This beer undergoes 5 weeks of low fermentation and rest to be served starting from the third week of April. The stein is dark amber, fruity, medium body. 5% ABV.

BOCKBIER

 
The traditional beer to celebrate, our Bock needs five to seven weeks of fermentation and rest. Caramel brown in colour, the generous malt adds a toasted flavour to the full body of this beer. Our Bockbier is perfect for celebrations like Christmas and Easter. 6% ABV

ALTBIER

 
Alt, old, as the tradition behind its recipe… time has added only technology. After 8 weeks our altbier is dark and mildly hopped, medium body and 5% ABV.
