The beer tradition in Resiutta dates back to 1846, when brothers Beltrame and Linossi, conscious of the quality and purity of local waters, founded a beer factory. The business grew to the point that the partners decided to stock beer in bottles and wooden barrels, in order to sell it all over Friuli. First World War signed the end of this business.
In 1962 the Rotisserie “Al Buon Arrivo” started its activity, soon becoming well known. In 2001 the owners decided to open a small brewery using a 10 hl (about 6 barrels) system. Beer tradition was finally back in Resiutta. Two years later beer was sold thanks to a sophisticated mobile-brewery that served cask beer.
